The environments and installations they meticulously craft and build for Ebonibleu have been comprised of denim and other blue fabrics, most recently exploring tarp as the key element, spending countless hours meticulously pinning piece by piece together to make a connected denim tapestry.
The fabric is twisted and manipulated to make a textile that spans the stage, creates a frame, or forms a space for Ebonibleu(s). The intentionality is to fully immerse the mover and viewer by using a space that feels unfamiliar yet grounding.
